Sarah Sinen

A passionate Pilates instructor who loves helping clients feel strong, confident and balanced on and off the reformer. When she’s not teaching, you’ll probably find her lifting others up (literally in the Emergency room or with IV hydration as a nurse . Her classes are all about good vibes, mindful movement and leaving stronger than you came in!

Marylou Beard

Marilou is a dedicated fitness professional with over eight years of experience, specializing in group fitness and personal training. Known for her passionate and energetic approach, she is committed to helping clients reach their health and wellness goals.

Her love for movement continues to evolve, with a deepening passion for Pilates. Marilou integrates the principles of Pilates into her classes to offer dynamic, mindful, and effective workouts that build strength, improve alignment, and enhance body awareness.

Her mission is to inspire and empower individuals through intentional practice, purposeful movement, and a strong foundation in fitness. Whether in a group setting or one-on-one, she creates a supportive, motivating environment where clients feel challenged, capable, and confident.

St Juste


Kemly has devoted over seven years to supporting women’s health and wellness, fueled by her passion for the transformative power of Pilates—especially its impact on body alignment. Inspired by her own postpartum journey, she now helps women discover how Pilates can enhance not only their physical fitness but also their everyday lives.

Jazzmin Bethel

Jazzmin’s wellness journey began far from the fitness industry. After years of prioritizing others over herself, she faced the effects of neglecting self-care. In 2018 she committed to personal training, losing over 30 pounds and gaining strength, clarity, and confidence. By 2022 she discovered Pilates, fell in love with its balance, and became certified.

Now a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, Jazzmin empowers women to build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. Specializing in strength training and Pilates, she combines expertise with empathy, guiding beginners toward lasting physical and mental wellbeing.
